If I could give less than zero I would! Almost a month and the parcel has not left Florida! When I ask for help they want me to pay for a subscription service with a monthly fee I might add and when I say no I have to start the process over to try and get an answer. Bottom line is there is no way around it. So I am not giving the company or any other affiliated with it another red cent. USPS needs to take some lessons from Canada Post. What kind of bull is this! And by the way I have NEVER written a review before good or bad but I had to jump on this bandwagon!

They never comply but they do charge a lot

So far I'm looking at my package been traveling to destination. Hopefully it will get there on time for which I payed more...

Sent my package mat 21 and it's still not there.

Mailed priority flat rate envelope with tracking. Mailed May 31, saying arrival on June 6th. Last time I used overnight and it took 5 days.

I have been tracking my mailman and he has not moved since 9am it is now 332pm. I guess he must have a girlfriend.

One star is too much! Service is slow, communication awful. Never using this service again!

The package I sent May 20 that’s not arrived at its destination and it is June 3 now. Poor service.

My package got out the customers area on 30th of April and didn't deliver yet to the reciver.why please ?

I know since DeJoy took over the Post Office, he has made changes, like getting rid of sorting machines at some locations, and such. However the Post Office I mainly use near Green Valley and Sunset in Henderson, NV is excellent! Their clerks are very friendly and helpful. They have never lost a package I mailed (in fact, the package I mailed last Tuesday was received a day before the scheduled delivery due date.) I feel bad for others who have had a negative experience; but, I totally trust the USPS.

I sent a certified letter to be signed for by recipient o April 22 and it is now June 3!! And still hasn't arrived? 5 weeks!!! For a certified letter. Poor service!!

My package was supposed to be here over seven days ago. It says it’s still in route.
