The service in this branch is awful and not helpful at all . After you stay long line to go to the window worker sends you to self service. Are they so lazy to do their job or not smart enough . Why should I stand in the line twice ?

I'm am so happy with USPS sent my daughter inlaws gift Wednesday she already got it got to her way faster than planned

Mailed small pkg from Ohio to Florida 12/22. Still has not reached destination 12/30. Cannot track pkg to see where it is or if & when it will be delivered. Lousy service !!!

Normally a Simi friendly staff. I kind of am disappointed that they no longer let me use tape just to tape the label on, seems rude honestly since we are using there services

My package has has been in route for 29 days VS 15 days. Military Christmas packages should be a priority. I very disappointed.

I'm trying to figure out if my package wasn't McDonough Georgia and I live in Florida straight shot down 75 why would it go to fairway Georgia don't make no sense this package was supposed to be here on the 28th originally the 23rd or 22nd it was a Christmas present

Package was out for delivery driver didn't drop it off but instead just stuck some junk mail in my box

The USPS service has become so dismal. I am constantly getting someone else's mail, have no idea what the delivery time is, took over 9 months to receive compensation on a package that was mis-delivered that they could not recover. Good thing the US government funds them because if they were a private business the doors would have been shut a long time ago.

Your srvice is the worst. 3rd time in 2 months certified packes not delivered timely. First one lost for 6 weeks. Next two still have not been received 2 weeks. I open a case you close it. I will never use your service again. Theres were and are vital documents.

I had 7 packages to mail to different states. The lady was patient and kind during my lunch hour. I was able to go right up to counter. Thank you!

I mailed a card on December 16th by first class mail. It was to be delivered by December 19th. It still has not been delivered. This has happened on multiple occasions when I mail something. We should be able to trust that when we mail something it should arrive in a timely manner. It should not take 2 weeks to be delivered to Chicago. And, it still has not been delivered & no one seems to know where it is. What is the use of a tracking number?
