Missing a package with the gift, most likely delivered to the wrong address... I can't say how disappointed I am!

Package was supposed to be delivered to Indiana by Tuesday it's now Saturday and it's being what I hope to be delivered back to me stating that it's the wrong address or zip code even though I know everything is 100 on my end. Paid $6 to get it there before Christmas and here now it's coming back.

Paid for next day by 6PM delivery on Thursday before Christmas on Sunday. Tough time of year, to be sure, but not even any tracking info available on Saturday.

I wish I could give 0 stars. A express mail item was sent from New Jersey to Oakley, CA. ,date of delivery was today 12/24/22. It seems my package was routed to a city more than 500 miles away, Fortuna, Ca.. The tracking app was less than vague, as to the whereabouts of my parcel, now @11:33 am tracking shows me a plane headed to New Jersey. WTF!!?! You guys really dropped the ball on this! May you all have the merriest of Christmases.e I'm stuck ? for a ? for my Mom!! Thanks USPS.

I have no idea where the package I sent priority mail from FL to CT is. I think it went to MA and then KS and Chicago. It was supposed to be in CT Thursday before Christmas. I just hope it gets to the right destination. Terrible and unreliable service for the price you pay.

This has been the worst year!! We have not received mail in days. Items say out for delivery and never show. Hopefully people aren’t waiting for important documents or payments

Can't get information about package that has a tracking number but you would me to pay you extra money so you can tell me where my package is paid for it 12/15 /22 and it's still not here

My daughter sent me a plant for Christmas and although it took six days to ship from Florida to Southern Oregon I am very happy to announce my plant arrived in perfect condition !! ?

Took 12 days for certified letter. To reach Austin TX sent from El Paso Tx..walking yo deliver it would have been Much faster.

Slow service, pay extra still slow. Yes it is holidays but important mail should take priority!

I have been waiting for an answer on a package and no one helps. They said they would return it and that was over a week ago and now it just shows it is sitting in Nashville. What was it doing in Nashville. Not even the address on the package.

Why do shippers continue using this slow, ineffective and ridiculous system?

Our packages are very often late arriving. The post office holds our packages often because the carrier is already over loaded with mail and packages. Ben Franklin needs to redesign the postal service again. We can't count on the USPS.

Ive never had issues with next day shipping before now. Obviously 2 days later is late, Im hoping that WHEN the package arrive it would be intact?
