Paid extra to have package delivered WITHIN REASONABLE TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, and usps COMPLETELY FAILED.

I know it's the holidays but I sent a registered package with $10000 insurance and the tracking says different places all the time.

United States Postal services are a Rio off. Must be run by Democrats or Biden Supporters. Laced with broken promises and Lies. I expect full Refund of my Express payment.

Your express service ripped me off as well as did not deliver on the dates I was told. I paid for Express delivery. When can I expect my refund?? Plus, your Tracking process is crap. I expect refund. You have my email.

Very bad service

When you pay the mail at Christmas present and get it out of certain day the United States Post Office should make sure that it arrives on time why something mailed in Connecticut going to Connecticut is in Massachusetts is beyond me but this is absolutely disgraceful.

Although I have sent many packages through U.S.P.S. in the past, it seems that there is a problem with the most important packages that I've sent. I sent a package on December 13th that was supposed to reach its destination on the 17th. It still has not arrived. It is now Christmas day. The package before this arrived with the most important items missing from it. I filed a complaint that went nowhere. After several calls no one would give me any information nor reimburse me for the stolen items. What a waste of my time thinking they would honor their word. Very disappointed !

Gifts for my youngest nephew and his Dad. Shipped priority $22.49 from Harrisburg Pa to Mt Vernon ,NY on Dec 19th 4:08pm. What happened to it?? HURT!!

Paid for priority delivery. Expected delivery date was 12/22 its now 12/24 and my package claims to be sitting in Portland Or. Crappy tracking and delivery.

Christmas pkg was open and empty with all gifts gone. Paperwork and a lot of labels looks like it went out of the country. All Christmas gifts gone Should be zero stars! Devastating...many cant be replaced

Very upset that you ruined my Christmas!!! Updates for delivery day are different every time I track my package. It's been right here in my town for 2 days and haven't received it yet. Disgusted with UPS and USPS!!!!!

Very dissatisfied. I mailed my package on 21st priority mail and was told it would be to its destination in Arizona by 24th. It is late on the 24th now and I just tracked my package and it hasn’t even left Indianapolis yet.

I pay for priority mail express and my package was supposed to arrive before 6pm and still no package

Very very disappointed, I mailed my package on Monday December 19th and did 2 day priority from Hummelstown PA to Dallas TX and it is still not there. It was a Christmas present very unhappy and paid $11 for terrible service

My package is travelling North America when it should have arrived In one day. It has now been over 2 weeks.
