Paid $27 to get one box shipped and was told it would be there Christmas Eve and nope. My daughter and husband had nothing to open today

the postal service is so bad that they cannot find the packages they lose, at worst if they are stolen, it is impossible to return them or find those responsible for these heinous acts; not to mention the total lack of respect for customers who suffersuch damages.

We paid extra 27.90 to "guarantee" next day delivery on 12/22 to a 500 mi destination. 12/23? No. 12/24? No. Today 12/25? Uh no. 26th they get a day off. So maybe the usps will explain and refund. We sure as heck hope it even arrives. We want a refund.

Package has Been in California for 4 days now!!!and not here for Christmas!!

I paid $40.40 on December 23 overnight shipping of a simple envelope. It is now 1014 Christmas night 12/25/22 and there is no sign of where this letter happens to be on your tracking system. How do I get a refund for this $40.40 that was money back guaranteed?

On December 22, 2022, I posted 2 small packages with USPS, paid extra for 2 days delivery. Today is December 25, I tracked the packages, they left Phoenix on December 22 and no other information. Are they lost? It is an unreliable postal service. It was better last year...

It should be 0. You guys are the worst. I have my receipt. You charge me almost $100. The receipt says it will be delivered by 12-23-22 and the people don't have their gifts. There is bake goods there. I want my money back. Everything I have tried to communicate with you guys is bad.

Rude people and poor service. Paid $65 for delivery by Christmas and the package is missing!!

Order was put into pre-transit on 12/19 and hasn’t had any updates since. I understand it’s a busy time of year and it was potentially delayed, but the lack of any updates at all is a little frustrating.

12/19 Shipped 3 boxes. 2 arrived early, safely. The 3rd is apparently stuck in Greensboro NC as of 12/22. No other info provided via tracking. Ver
