Pkg was supposed to be delivered Saturday 12-24 per your tracking information..It was at your showing item ready to be delivered. As of this morning 12-26, nothing has been delivered to my family. For the $75.00 it cist me to ship , I should have used UPS or FedEx..

Order has been in transit since 12/10/22 now it says it’s waiting on item. What item now???

Paying for a certified letter, being sent to a government office you would think it would have arrived in the 3 day period that you pay for

I understand the holidays but if ur gonna post when the delivery supposed to be made and never do if I don't get my package I will sue u people because it has my wedding band in it I better get it soon or I'll sue that's not a threat it's a promise I have heard nothing but bad reviews from u people

Horrible service I paid $160. For next day delivery 12/22/22 to get there by 12/23/22 for Christmas or Christmas eve and the package still didn't get there when I tracked. It's still in the same location. No communication. Waste of money I should of sent it regular. Instead of priority.

I ordered a package nov 23rd. Still nothing! It shows it went to same shipping transit 3 times! RIP off. Sti nothing. The company keeps sending tyd Same message how it takes 24 to 48 hrs to respond. Took a week. ! I finally called my bank fr fraud dispute & got my money back ..

Our carrier's have always been wonderful @ delivering. Very few times have I received a neighbors mail.

Worst delivery service ever. Mailed a Christmas gift a weak early and they charged me $11.00 and 8 days later it still hasn't arrived. Don't pay for 2/3 day priority because it's a rip off.

Understand busy season but not one update in 2 weeks

Paid $140 for priority next day service. Christmas presents still not delivered, 5 days late so far. No updates, horrible service. Wish it allowed me to rate service "0" stars
