Never post updates on delivery how can we know where our packages are.

LOOKING FOR UPDATE ON MY LAST ?

I understand it’s Christmas season but why is my package been sitting in Portland since Thursday and hasn’t moved at all. It was shipped priority mail also. Not happy

Would have put a ZERO but it won't allow it!

Horrible service. Mailed package on Dec. 12 with expected arrival Dec 15th. As of the 26th still no delivery. Tracking is of zero help. It was a large package that cost close to $100 to ship. What a joke of a service.

I mailed two packages only one reach it's destination the other stuck in Texas from the 23rd December and is at the location fort worth

Mailed a package on Dec 12th from The Woodlands branch to Cedar Falls Ia.and tracking shows its still in Houston on the26. worst service ever. Total incompetence

Paid extra and it said 2 to 3 day delivery. Label made at 3:45 am on the 24th and it says waiting on package. Hope I didn't get scammed on this product.

Package sent December 15 to France and it’s still stuck in Miami !

This is miserable. Been waiting for a certified letter since last Saturday. I still haven't received it. Sad

USPS, do you read these reviews? We understand holiday delays, short staffing, but let us know where our package is!! Tracking info is worthless. Customer Service post leaving the sending spot is nonexistent.

If I am understanding the map. Why would a letter going to Odessa Texas go to Kansas city Kansas. Negative on the rating but doesn't give that option

How can USPS sell priority mail when the package has not been delivered in 5 days?I would feel more understanding of the holiday delay if the tracking information was up to date.
