The service is great, but please replace your current USPS General Postmaster, Louis DeJoy. He does not have the public's best interest at heart.

Worst ever! Product was ordered 4 weeks ago, still has not been delivered. This is so frustrating.

Everybody should file a law suit against them. By accepting money to deliver packages they entered into a contract.

The mail service on Jog and Lake Worth they are the most rudest people I can see someone going postal very easy they do not care about the customers my package was sent out on the 7th and look what today is every time I go in there she rolls her eyes at me and she start off for the nasty attitude how do you have people working there that are extremely mean to customers with Attitude join a holiday I understand they work long hours if they can't handle their job get out there's no need to tell customers personal problems like they hate their job they hate their boss especially the fat white one there with black hair she has seriously seriously attitude problems and is a black girl there that needs training towards customers

Never use for packages… use fedex

Shipped a large envelope and a small box. Spent $25 to ship Envelope was received on Christmas Eve as promised The box delivering a town over is't there yet. I am so sad out of the $25 paid the box cost $18.95. I THOUGHT IT WOULD GET THERE AS PROMISED.

I’ m very unsatisfied with USPS service. I mailed an international package on Nov 14th and I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks to its destination. It is Dec 27th and I haven’t received any update and I tracked my package and it hasn’t even left JFK yet. I feel I’m dealing with a service of a 3rd world country.

Paid for a service of 3 days, now 7 days later package still has not been received. Thanks for the new years presents for Christmas to loved ones.

Tomorrow is a Week since I paid a lot of $ to mail my package..Still not there ??!!!!!

I entered my credit card information twice and still rejected it. Everything was right. I don’t understand why you need a credit card to track my mail. Sorry system that’s supposed to be free.

Paid 147 bucks for package to get next day delivery. Shipped on 22 of December only needed to go 400 miles. With money tight in these days, you would think USPS would help out and step there game up. I will be requesting a refund in the near further, but if this is any indication of there performance, I’m sure I’ll be talking to brick walls. I will no longer ship with USPS.

USPS is a perfect example of why the government should not be allowed to run ANYTHING! But, then everyone knows that and nobody who works for the government cares, as long as congress agrees to fund the incompetence every year.
