Tracking packages that are shipped with USPS is like trying to paint a black wall white with skim milk. It just can't be done. Period.

Every time I receive a parcel through usps its late or I do.not receive it at all. We have made the postal service a place to retire and no one cares

My package was supposed to be in Indiana on the 20th of December here it is the 27th and it made it to Indiana and Lebanon and then backtrack to Bloomington Indiana and then is back in Frankfort says it's to be delivered but still yet to be delivered! So much for Christmas earrings not sure who the mess up is but the service is a joke

Never update the tracking info if something is supposed to be here and don’t show up it just says in transit to next faculty ok well that’s nice but where exactly is this next faculty??? Why don’t y’all start updating the Location of the package so we the people will know for sure when it’s going to be arriving instead of giving us the mushroom treatment feeding us crap and keeping us in the dark I mean it is our stuff and for some reason shippers keep sending it threw y’all instead of using a service that actually makes sure they keep the tracking up to date

The post office on Jog and Lake Worth is has to be one of the worst rudest people I've ever dealt with if somebody was to go in there and do some severe damage I will not be surprised when you treat customers like a piece of crap the black lady unbelievable needs better training there's a white lady in their black hair heavy set she thinks her crap don't stink I have been waiting since the 7th for my package I tried to get help they seem to just not want to worry about it saying I'm not in the system when they already checked very upset customer corporate needs to get involved and straighten their attitude out 100%

I was tracking to receive it was a sign for but they just left it in the mail box no one signed for it

I would not give Boulder a star, sent my package 12/20 so it would get to my mom on time, today is 12/ 27 still stuck in Boulder, paid 1st class , not to happy with them at all

I will never use them again to ship anything!!!

Pony Express would have been faster! Over a week for priority mail!

Trouble delivering no updates

I shipped a package on 21Dec2022. Was told 2 to 3 days for arrival by the rep. Receipt says by 24Dec2022. It is 27Dec2022 and still not delivered. Tracking states to be delivered today.....is this service?

My package arrived empty!

Placed order on Dec. 6th, was told I would have by Christmas. Every day I check the tracking the last log is December 19th and it is in Jamaica, NY. The package has been at the same location for over 1 week and is still there. I received every package that was shipped by UPS on time, why can't USPS do the same?

My meds from the VA in Saint Louis was routed to the tip of Florida. It has traveled all that way when it was supposed to go to Belleville Il. Still in the system, hard to tell where it will end up!
