The worst shipping company ever

My package has been held for two weeks and the reason is " no access to delivery location" that's not true, it's a residential property, how don't you have access to KY house if you put the packages at the front door?????

OMG since November 28 I did mailed a package for Englewood postoffice never sending to destination they don't move from Cincinnati distribution center

I sent a Package from Antioch IL. To Sevierville TN. Paid to have it overnight. Said it would be delivered Saturday. It's Monday morning still in Knoxville. Very disappointed. Pay big money for next day. It's on its 3rd day now.

Not safe to send mail better fadex is good service.

Package got quick

I shipped 3 day ground it is now 6 days, and no package.

My package was suppose to be there on Dec 15. It's now 18th and my 2 yr old nephew hasn't received his bday gift. Not happy

My package sits in one place for one-three days and does not move at all

I sent a package on 12/92/22 & it's 12/18/22 & it still hasn't arrived to it's destination. Seriously 16 day's & it's not delivered yet? Why??? Ridiculous. I understand it's holiday season but Seriously it shouldn't take that long to get from point A to point B. I can't even find out on your website where my package is even at???
