Did not receive the package

I guess if you want a Christmas gift on time you have to order it months in advance. I ordered a gift for granddaughter online at Kohls on Black Friday and still haven’t received it. Status has stayed the same- waiting for pickup. Have spent hours online and can’t get a ahold of a human person to talk to. Local post office is absolutely no help at all. Have a missing mail search going and no updates for that either. It’s ridiculous and very said that you can’t rely on this company.

I mailed my old Mediacom internet box on September 22, 2022. According to the USPS tracking system the package arrived in Des Moines the same day but no additional information is available. I'm not sure that Des Moines was the final destination plus, I don't want Mediacom to charge me if this package is lost in the system.

Packages just sit in transit hubs for days with no explanation and show up late

Package left Pgh and went to NJ when it should have been delivered to Delmont, PA 15626

Every time I order something from Amazon and it ships USPS it’s late. I think York, PA hides it for 3 or 4 days after they receive it.

I mailed two priority boxes Monday December 12th from Albany GA, going to Hampton GA. One box got there on Thursday. The other box hasn't gotten there. I tracked it, it went to MD, NH, CT. As of today it's in CT on a truck I guess. This is ridiculous.

Your “service” is a joke and a downright fraud! The private sector would have fired the whole USPS agency for incompetence! I have been waiting some 6 weeks for delivery and according to your tracking app….you have no idea where the item is!! Pathetic!!

This is ridiculous I will never trust a site like this ever again. It's been sense the 12th and I haven't seen any movement at all.

I ordered 2 things off eBay there being shipped from California coming to Indiana and the tracking is all screwed up it doesn't update on time it keeps saying arriving on time but it's now Dec 18th and still no packages but the tracking hadn't moved or updated in 4 days USPS tracking is a joke and you can't talk to live humans on the phone anymore everything is animated and ads ?
