Always great on time no problem

Ordered from Walmart but it was shipped by the company that made the product ordered on December 2nd period it went to Boston from California and now is sitting in New Hampshire. Just departed today to go to Alabama the original destination . I really don't understand why we needed to take the scenic route through Boston and New Hampshire? Seriously? I'm beginning to think that these items will not make it here in time for Christmas!

Didn't get there time

I have been waiting over 12 days for my package to move and it hasn't. Its due at my home no later then tomorrow and obviously that's not happening. This is so sad to have Christmas gifts just sit there.

This is the worst service ever!! My package has been sitting at the facility in N.J. for 10 DAYS!!!!!! I ORDERED THIS PACKAGE NOV.30TH AND ITS STILL SITTING IN A WHOLE OTHER STATE 16 DAYS LATER! WHY!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Great service, kind of spendy but worth every penny.

I've been waiting for my package for over 2 week and the tracking number says it out for delivery for the past 3 days but on the map it show me it still half way across the country. Worst company I've ever had to deal with

Im a foreigner with broken Eng. I didnt know how to ship international parcel but a staff at SD (carmel valley) is such helpful and wonderful. Finally, my mission was complete!

Post office lost my mail AGAIN! USPS should let a private company take over the operation. It’s a bad idea to let the government run any kind of business. Rating = o stars

Complete joke for shipping anything anymore. Package has been sitting in the same place for 5 days now and no idea when it’s coming. What a joke!! Go with UPS AT LEAST THEY GET YOUR STUFF TO YOU.

TERRIBLLLLEEEE. Never deliver things on time

USPS is TERRIBLE when it comes to delivering packages. They are always days late and the information with tracking number doesn’t really tell you anything

Parcel out for delivery for three days. Guess it goes with our normal mail. Nothing for days the the mailbox so crammed full it is hard to believe that it fit in the box.
