Always around Christmas time there is no reliable carrier or updated information. Last year my package was lost and this year it’s looking like same thing

Package sent express should have arrived on the 12th but now is in Memphis on the 16th after it was already in Knoxville which is where I live on the 9th does this make any sense ?♂️

Ridiculous service. My home in Uxbridge Mass. the package is brought to Uxbridge, then sent to Boston then sent to Shrewsbury Mass. waste of time and so inefficient to have it go at least three additional stops then necessary. Plus too late for the package I am sending. You need to have more efficient systems in this day and age. No wonder the postal service is not profitable

I paid for next day. Did not make.. should have been delivered on Wednesday, as far as I know it's still not delivered today is Friday.

Paid $18 to mail a pkg from east texas 3 days ago & the pkg is still in texas! These days you pay triple the price for 1/8 of the service! Post Office will eventually put themselves out of business! Very poor excuse for service!

Sent my package to Florissant Colorado from Texas and It is in Utah right now ! Why !! It has tripled the miles past the destination! SMH ?

Terrible service, it’s a week since my package should have arrived, tracking shows it going from distribution centre to distribution centre but hasn’t left California, no rhyme or reason, just shuffling it around…. Waste of money using USPS

3 day package mailed in NJ, sat for 3 days, then went to Texas, set for a week. It’s addressed to Massachusetts. Filed complaint, etc.. If this was a private company, they would be out of business
