Longest delay I’ve ever experienced and to make that worse, their tracking system is so poor so I don’t even know where my package is at the moment. This is 10ths days for a package that was promised to be deliver in 4 days

Sent package on December 1, 2022. It is December 11th and it still has not reached its destination. I think that is terrible service!

It serves me right or I should’ve known better than to purchase out of the good olé USA my package left Thailand on nov 4 22 and ITS Dec 11 22 .. it’s stuck in customs known as THE TWILIGHT ZONE! It’s really embarrassing how our mail system works ! I still have hope it’ll show up someday but then again wishful thinking!

Absolutely ridiculous! I mailed a certified letter on Dec.5th, which was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 10th. Today is Dec.11th and it's only gone 50 miles from where I mailed it!!

My post office is the best. 89506. Mohammad and the whole crew there are professional, kind and always helpful. My packages of Christmas cookies to my family all arrived on time and safely! Not one cookie broken?!

Package suppose to be sent from u.s. to canada, was supposed to be here within a few days. Tracking info shows it stopped at Chicago and has now been there for a week! I have a very expensive medical device in there that I can't possibly afford to replace if it ends up damaged! So angry it hasn't moved for days and terrified of the possibility that the longer it's there, the longer it has to possibly get damaged :( I want answers!
