Do not use them terrible service

SCAM shipping notice. Using Postal service eagle logo and requesting a credit card # to create an account to track your package. Not real!!

Paid extra for 3 day delivery to get baked goods to a service member. 10 days later he has not received it. $25 to throw away bake goods.

I mailed a package while in Nelsonville, Ohio and it arrive a day early. I'm just hoping my package I sent 12/13 from Danville,VA makes it. I've had packages not make to its destination from Danville. If I have a problem this time I will drive to the next town or use UPS or FedEx. Just waiting to see how it pans out.

USPS is a joke!! My prescription medication was mailed out on 11/22/22 and I still don’t have it. The tracking number will not show anything after 12/1, and the post master has no idea what to do. Thanks USPS for not providing any customer service. If this was a private business, I would NEVER give them any of my business!

Ever since Louis Dejoy, the postmaster general, who has invested $70 million in companies that compete with the USPS has destroyed the postal services efficiency. I have been experiencing wait times much longer than before his time at the helm. Someone who has that much of a clear conflict of interest should never be able to have such power.

Postal service is horrible

My packages usually get to Chicago from CA. on time.

Mail my package on 11-29 it haven’t reach destination yet, should have been there in 5 days.

Very poor service

I asked for a package from Amazon and they marked it in the app as delivered and it never arrived

It was good with the tracking number

I have had a postal box for years and have had the previous persons mail continue to be deposited in my box, even though my name is clearly written on a note, in the box, notifying the mail person. In spite of that I continue to receive the prey persons mail. I have reported this to the postmaster and other employees, over twenty times, each time assuring me it will be taken care of, which it hasn't. I am paying for a box filled with someone else's mail, leaving little room for mine. The level of incompetence and stupidity of the employees at the post office is unacceptable.
