my wife sent me a phone to mexico, the package left georgia went to florida and back to georgia without explanation, when I called costumer service they stated that it was because it was a phone and they couldn´t put it in a plane because it was a passengers plane and because due to the the fact that it was a phone and it had a battery they never ship this type of items over seas, the customer service representative was amable enough to explain that in the local office they shouldn´t accept the phone because as my wife told me she have let them klnow what it was, and that in order to get a refund she should speak with the branch office manager, however the office manager in the office told my wife that they did ship phones over seas and that the problem was Mexico, but the fact is the phone never left the states for this was a lie he/she also deny to refund my wife the money for the shippment and stated that we should filled a complain with customer service in order for her to get her refund. so basically they are blaming eachother they never ship the item and did charge us for it and not only that but on top they deny to give back the money.

I get frustrated when the tracking isn't updated. Why does a larger box sit in one place for 3 days. When I have to pay extra because box is large. I paid $25 for priority and it takes a week to 10 days.

Sent a large package, under the weight limit, marked perishable and frozen. Paid priority mail to Arizona 1-3 day. Arrived Thursday and left a note that it couldn’t be delivered, to heavy and drove around with it in his truck. Don’t have dollies. Had to be picked up at the PO on Friday. Now it is starting to thaw but salvageable. Have shipped by USPS before without a problem, not this time.

Always the absolutely slowest way to send anything my package has just been sitting in one place for days. They even put empty Amazon envelope in my mailbox like hey whole stole my product and you put the empty package in my box

I was amazed and grateful that a priority piece of mail got to its destination when it was supposed to, even during the holiday rush!!!

Postal service is messing up people lively hood waiting on car parts paid and full and still no delivery . and this need's too fixed because time is money and if we can't trust the postal service's we are screwed royally a day late is understandable but a week later and still waiting is unacceptable they pay them too good too be making careless mistakes and having people waiting like we suppose to just keep waiting when we paid for a service and have not been serviced

I was at the North Olmsted post office yesterday and I had a very good experience. Every employee at this post office has been very cordial and helpful. Thank you for all your services

I see so many bashing USPS and I want to tell y'all that USPS provides a secure mail system that until very recently (2020), it was hands down the best, and envy of other nations. I lived in Central America and Europe and believe me, in 3rd world countries like Mexico, receiving mail was a crap shoot. We couldn't send anything of value or money, may as well throw it out the window. Europe was better, depending on where it was going to and from. 50 cents to mail a letter size. And secondly, Americans are so SPOILED that if their immediate gratification is not as swift as their stinkin' iPhone, they turn into Karens, every single one. Sure, since Covid hit, all supply chains have been greatly disrupted. Think about employees: in 3/2020, kids started to stay home 24/7 and be schooled. Companies laid off millions, millions had to quit. The nation was paralyzed, govts had to adjust all their services. We are impatient, spoiled, greedy, selfish 3 year olds. Quit whining and TRY to fix or at least be a bit kinder and patient. This world changed dramatically and nothing is the same. Change your attitude, you control THAT, you can't control mail delivery.
