I have been waiting for a package , that is in St. Louis since Nov 30 and today is December 8. Then they ask for you to pay to use their third party tracking service.

I ordered a package on the 28th of November and I was supposed to receive it three days and it is December the 8th and I have not received my package yet and they said it was supposed to be with me in 3 days and I have not received it

My package shows only an update from December 5. It is December 8. I would like to know when my package will be delivered. Packages run late sometimes and I understand that but the communication is not great and I think that is why those people get upset there are no answers.

My package says it’s been in Compton for 4 days now and I ordered it just in time for it to arrive this weekend before my vacation to see family! They take too long and don’t update enough especially during the holidays. If you can’t deliver people’s orders in time especially during holidays, you should find a different job that you could handle

Great job USPS!! My package made it to its' destination in only 2 1/2 days. Clerk at PO was friendly and handled my package professionally. Thank you.
