I just want to know what the status is for a envelope I sent yesterday that cost me over $10.00

I just Ship a package the person at the register he greeted me with wow ? heavy package I replied it only about 23 pounds he replied you telling me I can’t carry it I said no I never said that. Then he took the pepper work my hand and he stick the shipping label on the side of the box. I asked him if he can put please the label on the top instead the side he replied what I’m talking about. I said if you hand me the box I will do so then walk away and said I have no time for you. Is this how customer service should be? I don’t like the post office at all. Even do I have been shipping with them. I really think that the post office is going down the drain now I know why are being on the hike. Luck of customer and decrease in good customer service. Sent a package priority mail on 12/1 with delivery date estimated on 12/5; the only response I get is that it remains “in transit”…no other details. Worst $10 investment!

Post office was very busy the line never went down, but four people working and it continued to flow very fast…total wait only 15 minutes….very impressed each time I go to this POST office. Professional and friendly.

After 7 days I am still waiting for an express package. No notification, no update for last 2 days.It took 5 days between Sacramento and Los Angeles

I cannot believe I delivery a package November 28 overnight suppose to delivery the next day and today date December 8 and still not delivery my package still in Cincinnati distribution center and the terrible part not body knows where's my package that system it terrible I hope one day close fir good the postoffice and give the job to different institutions can do the job better an not still people package OMG

Terrible service. It's like a nightmare in the twilight zone. It's like I'm the only one that right but everyone else who is involved is in the twilight too. Really crazy on a feel of appology.
