USPS reviews

USPS Tracking number is not very good, nor is the shipping vI USPS.

I've had 2 large boxed packages sent to me through USPS that got lost and never found even after searches were initiated and closed with no explanations. As customers and recipients we deserve better not to mention tax payers. I sincerely believe in both instances that the vintage items enclosed were stolen. Can't tell me different. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE! One that can be trusted.

Never got my package.

Paid for registered mail with important bank documents to Fiji Islands. I was told that my envelope will be delivered in 7 to 10 days. I posted on 29th October. It still hasn't reached. Two weeks back I was told by usps that it was somewhere in New Zealand. Why was it sent to New Zealand when the address clearly states Fiji Islands. This was the second set of documents. The first was sent via first class air mail at the end of September which never reached Fiji ??.

My package was mailed on 11/9/22, and it still haven't arrived in St. Thomas, V.I. This is just ridiculous and shows that the postal system is not hiring competent individuals to get the mail to various destinations on time.

Y’all service is trash

Paid for a 2 day delivery. Its been 2 weeks no delivery. Will not use service again. Will use P.A.S.S. They deliver much faster. They have always been on time delivery.

Excellent service...I was kept up to date via emails, I could track my parcel easily, and it came when they said it would on time. Thank you.

From Wed. To sun eve. My package traveled a total of 3.6 miles on its way to WI. It weights 1 5 #, cost $13.50. Good service? I don't think so!!!

Never had a package that I have sent arrived on time. Will consider other services in the future.
