This is the only time when I ordered something took forever to come then you trying to ask some questions they don't know how to answer the question right very poor

Ordered something very important and put the exact address , somehow usps still manages to f it up

My package was scheduled to arrive at its destination in 3 days instead the package went east instead of west and ended up arriving 7 days later and the contents ( 2 mugs) of one mug was broken. The handle of one of the mugs broke. I had bubble wrap and put extra padding plus written on the package “fragile”. I hope to get reimbursed at least for one of the mugs. The cost of each mug was $35. Considering it was transported to Philadelphia instead of California a lot of mishandling had occurred.

my friend mailed me a package on Wednesday morning and my package still sets in Oregon not moved since Friday this is ridiculous for something to take so long to get to someone come on Postal Service I know you can do better than that my ex-husband works for the postal service and has been there over 40 years

Second time package want there when paid and money back guarantee wasn't honoured. What joke. Go FedEx not USPS

package arrives at my post office in Church Hill TN but gets rerouted again. Been to 4 more stops already and still no package. it was a $300 purchase. we have lived here over 28 years with no one with our last name lives here but us!!! how does this happen every Christmas !!

Track status show is not good

I sent a letter priority last Wednesday and it took 4 days to deliver it. Less than 100 miles.

Mailed 2 boxes going to same address on November 28. Suppose to be delivered on 12/1. As of 12/3 one box was delivered with no update to 2nd box.
