Sent a gift card on October 31 by certified mail suppose to.get by November 4 they searched for awhile then came and said it was lost was very unhappy with their service!

Given the constraints put upon the employees by the PMG and other management types service has suffered.Local mail is trucked hours away and sorted by machines that put it in delivery order . Great idea for large volumes of mail but this is done in small offices also.Mail drop off locations have been back and so on.

6 days certified mail from Ohio to Illinois? Absurd!!!

I mailed my daughter's birthday gift by priority mail in Florida, addressed to Houston, Texas. I was told she would get it before her birthday. It is now 2 days past her birthday & it still hasn't been delivered.

I was supposed to receive a Amazon package originated in California they shipped at the Las Vegas Las Vegas shipped to Utah then it came to Kingman where it's supposed to be then Kingman ships it to Vegas Vegas ships to Utah and now Utah is just holding onto it for some stupid leave it to the Post Office to waste fuel

I supposedly got a letter that has to be signed for on November 29 and there was a pink slip in my mailbox that said we are sorry about not getting your letter. It has to be signed for and no one was home. That is a total lie. My car was on the driveway and I was home all day except at 2:30 I drove to the mailboxes and got my mail. So I went online and rescheduled for them to deliver it today because I was going to be home all day again. So I waited and waited no one ever came by again. If they did they didn't knock. Ugh so I called them and finally got through to someone today. The girl that does our mailboxes was already gone at 2:45 so the person that answered ask me to hold on and she would check that girls stuff to see if it was I guess at her desk. She came back and told me it wasn't there. Another ugh! She said she would call and have her call me. Didn't hear from her. I need that letter because it has to do with important stuff from my husbands work!! I'm guessing!! He passed away on October 21st. If that wasn't bad enough my mom passed away 8 days before him on October 13th. Hopefully I get them soon. My post office in spring wasn't that great either!!!

I was very happy with the lady at the Greenwood rd post office in LOUISVILLE Kentucky I have never sent a package and she helped me with everything and was awsome so t ok the post office you need to hire people like her because she made my experience very great so I dont know your name but thank you, you are awesome

Still waiting for a package since nov.22 estimated delivery was 3-5 days...since package reached Bridgeport NJ, haven't seen anything about the package since, also now It's delivery estimated time is Jan. 12. Either ya computer system need a upgrade or the company need to make some changes. Because this is ridiculous
