Package didn't get to destination after estimated delivery date. Very poor service. Will never use them again.

Hello! At the main post office in Tucson AZ, I found the postal workers busy attending lots of customers. I was in a hurry to obtain an application form to renew my passport. First I had to ask for the form and get it filled up, but then I had to make sure every item of my parcel was included. At one point one of the ladies told me to include my old passport! At several points, while completing my mailing, I had to ask questions. The answers from several of the coworkers of that lady were very helpful. I hope every one there has a wonderful holiday season. BC

More than a month that i sent a mail and I do not know about it.

My PRIORITY MAIL.....has been in transit yet simultaneously stationery for 16 hours...11 $ for nothing.No Thanks.

What is with the tracking check. One place it's delivered in another it's delivered. Then connects to a service that wants to charge for info. What has happened at Usps

$9,55 to cross FL cost more than the contents! Expensive service!

I paid for 2 day delivery and it's been 8 days and my kids still don't have it. Last time I use the USPS. We pay more and service is worse. The pkg was only going 200 miles.

Not impressed with the lack of updates. Nothing for 3 days! Come on guys,give me SOME idea on what's happening with my package!?

This is extremely frustrating Sent a certified package on the 22nd on the 25th it arrived in Van nuys still in ban eyes and this is the 30th and they that there's no guarantee on delivery

I mailed my package back on November 9, 2022. To exchange for a different size for a Xmas gift. Says it’s still in transit! I don’t know why it’s taking this long. Never takes this long to receive items.

Why is it taking so long to receive my package?

The incompetence of this outfit absolutely floors me. Twelve days after being first handled by USPS, my parcel is twice as far from its destination now than it was at its origin. That’s efficiency, all right!
