This is why UPS and FedEx is more reliable milgin rd Columbus GA. The worse, hires temp drivers that are lazy to a point where I have to go to the post office myself to pick up packages when there are package box keys easily convenient and easily has access for them to use. I mentioned this post office by name cause something needs to be said and needs to be addressed!!! This is people's money and time that are not being considered and have no regards to customer recipients whatsoever.

I took my package to post office 11/19/22, its still stating ready for pick up. It should be at it's destination now. They are cell phones, money is involved here, time sensitive.

You have had my package sence the 21 of November tracking number. 9405508205497328118001. The package is at the Nevada City California post office. I live at 705 Gold Flat Rd Nevada City California 95959. You drive down this road Evey single day something twice. Please bring me my package.

I love the USPS. Box was recieved in great shape.

Tracking system was very accurate in time and where the mail was at a specific location

My package, according to the tracking, supposedly shipped from USPS from a location only an hour away from my house, to a location 7 hours away in another state, went through UPS, 2 days later went yet again to another state almost 12 hours away from that location, back into USPS where it has been sitting for 4 days. The package was originally shipped via UPS. So it has now been in transit for over a week, with almost no movement and has literally went past my house twice. I’ve bought from this company many times before, and know that I regularly receive my purchases within 3 days. Where the heck is my purchase? This is the second time this month that I’ve ordered something that was supposed to be delivered on a certain date by them and it either came days later or I’ve had to call the company and they’ve had to resend the item via another company. I eventually received the orders, weeks later!

Sent two packages in 4days to my daughter. 1st pkg was delivered to wrong address because the postal worker decided to change the zip code to a different zip code to deliver to. Now my PKG is still lost. Had to go through hassle re-get the information again to be able to sent it out to my brother. Took a screenshot of the receipt thinking I was ok w/the PKG. Now the post office is telling me I need the original receipt to get the refund for there mistake of not getting my PKG delivered correctly. Being disabled it's more convenient to not carry around documents that is why I also took a picture of the receipt to have documentation plus I had my bank transaction. Two days later I sent out the same information to my brother and it looks like it is in limbo not moving anywhere as the tracking number that was given shows no movement and they state that you have to have delivery confirmation to get your money or file a complaint about anything. The incompetence of the USPS is outrageously ineffective at this point one may what to say. I wouldn't of given any stars at all but the system would not let you go past w/o putting something so I had to put on. I am now out of 27.90 twice in less than 4days on a fixed income due to someone else's mishap. I'm disabled an the post office makes it seem like this is my fault I called to file the complaint they called my daughter at work not me. When I left my number to call bk to.

They attempted to deliver my package yesterday and they put on it there was no place or no room to deliver my little package yes there was as of today it's supposed to be delivered tonight so I guess I have to sit on my stoop and wait for it. Horrible horrible horrible I believe these people cannot read or are not paying attention or do not care.

Post office bigger liers never keep promises

Well this is the 2nd package USPS lost in the last 10 days and at the same facility in Colorado Springs. Gee, maybe they have a problem they need to fix! SMH!!

My package says delivered but it was never delivered. Worst experience
