I have consistently been amazed with the professionalism and efficiency provided by USPS employees even with the implementation of purposeful obstacles intended to make this service appear unreliable and slow. I have seen nothing but dependability and efficiency.

Why you sending packages to Europe from Miami through Chicago?

Can this be real ? I was told my package would be delivered on October 14 ; today's date November 25th !

I hate when Amazon use the USPS to send me my orders. Waiting again for a package that is already delayed by the company and now will be delayed by the USPS.

Service are excellent. Delivered my documents very fast and on time.

Terrible service! The item was supposed to have been delivered on the 22nd and is still sitting at the post office and has since th he 16th. Very frustrating!!

My packed was send on Nov 16. It’s still in Tel Aviv. No stars.

How is it possible for a package to ship from Las Vegas to Minnesota,a week ago but still be bouncing around Las Vegas a week later it could've shipped via Turtle and been in Minnesota by now

I hate that it’s saying no access to deliver when hall deliver my mail so why not just put my package in my mail box? Ups and fed ex drops my packages off with no problem

I had a package “delivered” to my building at the end of October and was keeping an eye on the tracking number. The tracking said delivered, so I went to go get it and it was no where to be found. IF it is a case of people stealing, I’m not sure why the delivery person(s) has not bothered to either bring it upstairs or place the package in the PROVIDED snaile boxes (specifically for parcels being delivered SO THEY AREN’T STOLEN…). I reached out to the shop and they sent a replacement. The parcel was “picked up” in Chicago on November 1, then it was being “processed”, and tracker was never updated again. It’s now November 23 and I had to ask for a second replacement. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

Package was purchased on the 11th and wasn’t shipped for 5 days and it’s now the 23rd and is still in the same state

My package was due to be delivered today. Now it shows that it’s delayed. Says it’s been in Kansas now for three days why???!!!

The lady was so friendly and nice and she helped me a lot with my box to be mailed.
