The postal service of Gallatin Tn is horrible when it comes to lost or misplaced packages. They’ll make up excuses about why you didn’t receive all your packages to try to cover their own butts. Fact of the matter is, they loose your expensive packages with excuses about what must’ve happened. My advice! Buy insurance on your packages and pray they don’t go thru our postal service in Gallatin Tn!!

The USPS Postal Service in Gallatin Tn is so poor in service when it comes to lost packages. DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM if you expect to receive an expensive package shipped. Make sure you buy insurance too on your packages because they are clueless about lost packages!!

Tracking packages is a breeze

I sent a certified letter from peach orchard PO last Wednesday on the 9th. It's going maybe 15-20 miles and it's still not at it's destination. Why so long? So aggravated!!!

Lady at the counter said that my package would take 6-10 business days from Denver to Colombia paying for the express (highest level). Now over 4 weeks and still has not made it to Colombia. Still in transit. If they know it takes this long and I am sure they have the data then why don't they tell the truth? Sent the same package by DHL and it arrived in 6 days as promised. So why are they so I efficient and unable to give accurate timelines. This package is not tied up in Colombia. It's still in transit out of the USA.

Y'all accepted my medication on 10 November, 6 days later it's still sitting in your possession acording to usps tracking. I get it, it's just a package to you. But it's medication I need very much. Thanks usps. Stick your hands in your pocket and look at your feet!

mailed a package on the 2nd of October n paid for 5-7 day mailing… soooo disappointed that the package haven’t arrived yet as of this morning.What’s going on??????

Just 5 hours away sending on paper from SF CA to LA CA its taking more then a month seriously they charged and told me its going reach 1 day

Mailed very important letter on 11/14/2022 via express sd package would get to Az next day upon tracking item states package still in St.Louis on the date it should have been delivered to which cost me additional money i sm a very upset customer and I’m requesting a full refund

Parcel not delivered as scheduled, poor service at the Post Office in Annapolis, MD when inquiring about the parcel not being delivered. Parcel is over 24 hours late with no status updates provided at the website "usps tracking"
