You don’t rate even 1 star, just tried tracking a pkg and it saying the pkg is on it’s way to kapolei and it should be going to Cleveland,Ohio.

My package was supposed to arrive at his destination on the 15th when I looked at the map it was still in the same place and it takes 6 hours to get to the destination so why it is still at the beginning of the route

I shipped my package with priority. It was delivered in four days over a holiday and a weekend. Great service

7:45 PM (after dark) is too late for mail delivery—our delivery seems to get later and later.

I have been a costumer at the Park Forest,IL branch for over 20 years and I have never had not 1 problem there. The staff is amazing.
