USPS never get the package on time always one or two days late. You paid for priority but is regular mail. They should improve the service

Why does a pkg coming from new jersey to Detroit gets detoured to Denver. Either the operator or equipment can't read...and maybe get r id if the stupid 16 diget tracking..UPS and FedEx seen to do a far better job with less.

We have sent a speed post parcel on 17.10.22 through India post to usa. More than two weeks not yet delivered. It is in usps usa. Pl solve this issue as urgent. The parcel is in usa from 30th Oct 22. ET565677899IN track number.

Tried to track pkg for 5 days and always said waiting for carrier pick up. Now says delivered but not if in locker or just sitting in lobby and not home now for 3 days

Paid extra for express international shipping. Was told it would arrive within 3-6 business days. It didn't. And the updates didn't make sense on the tracking. We had to call and ask where the package was and they told us it was out of the US.. but then found out it was in Chicago. Just sloppy. Never again will I ever use USPS.

I paid for 2 day shipping on 10/28 and it's the 3rd and the person still haven't received it. I checked the tracking. It was a few miles from where it's going in NC and went all the way back to GA. I don't understand why. Previously I sent cards and it took 3 weeks to a month from TN to NC.

Why are we paying for priority shipping when it takes 7 days anyway. I'm in Florida and package coming from Indiana takes 7 days that same package coming priority mail from California takes 7 days. Did we go back to riding horse back to deliver mail. You should refund everyone who pays for this service. It's not the consumers fault. If you say 3 days we should have it in 3 days if not give us our money back

My son paid for priority shipping to get a package to me. It cost $9.90, was shipped out on 10/28 and was supposed to arrive on 10/31. It's 11/3 and I still don't have it! Status says in transit. Wow!!!

I've never had a problem with any package that I mail via USPS with a Tracking #. I'm able to track step by step each stop & facility that the package have been. Great Job, USPS

I am so disappointed about your service. On octubre 21 I sent a package to Philadelphia to renew my american passport and today noviember 2, the National Passport Processing Center has notado received my package. I have been checking where is my package with la tracking número and the Last information the USPS has is from octubre 27 and says that my package is in transit to rhe next facilita. I do not know to do. I do not want to have my package los. USPS, please do something.
