; item shows as delivered but package was not in mailbox as reported. Box is part of a lock box so it was never delivered or they left in common area by box and was stolen. Delivery instructions were to leave a apartment not box.

This business is very unprofessional. I have gotten things sent to me a few times this year. I live in a apartment and each time my unit number is on the package there is no security door and still my packages are being left in the lobby no one call me or even leaves it at tjw door just dropped in the lobby. I watched the woman walk in throw it on the couch in the lobby and leave I check its my package. I confront her she says she don't speak English seriolusy. Do better as a business

Worth the peace ofmind

The postal carrier who delvers our mail is great; however, USPS itself has now lost 3 packages of mine. A total ripoff. I am extremely unhappy with USPS.....

Very nice, it arrived 2 days earlier than stated, and with no problems the item is in great state.

The reviews are not so great. I have to say, it's an aggravating long wait for my small pkg. Date given for delivery is past. It looks like it's sitting in a distribution center in my state, MI.

Arrived late, package was very damaged, and item inside was completely wet - not at all happy with delivery service.

By far the worst parcel carrier in the nation. The entire company all the way to corporate stopped carrying years ago and it shows.

Where is my mail is loss

Where is my package? It was shipped priority from IL to AL 17 days ago and I STILL haven’t received it?!! I’ve received packages from CA to AL in 5 days. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Now I know why they call it snail mail…but I’m pretty sure a snail could deliver my package quicker. Worst delivery service ever!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
