I have always got my packages on time. But we had to put up a gate for security reasons. I know I need a box for Packages. But I was expecting some packages that were not delivered . Never got anything in the mail letting me know that my package we're be held. I went on the site that I ordered them from and that's where and when I saw the were being held at the post office. Actually saying they we're being held upon my request. The post office use to put a notice in your box letting you know. And again today same issue. And when I go to the post office to pick it up the worker is so rude and look's and then tells me that the carrier has it back on the truck. They need to get it together.

Atrocious. Parcels constantly lost and held back for unknown reasons.

My pills have been through the circuit almost 3 times it started on October 25 and it’s now 1 November and I am almost out of pills?

Overnight should read 3rd day. Every other time my overnight package comes 2 or 3 days later. Don't try customer support they just hand you broad answers and point to websites to visit. They are absolutely no help. It's time to find a new delivery service that's dependable.

I can't complain about USPS 2-3 day shipping. It may take 4 days at time, but many times the boxes will arrive in 1 day.

Put $4 extra on my letter to certify and track delivery and after 11 days it still shows as "in transit to next Distribution center. " No live person to help with this. Delivery was only 22 miles away!

Mailed my package a month ago and it’s still in transit

This is the second time that I send a simple envelope to México City and is taking way longer that I supposed to pay extra to arrive 2,3 days and still Nov 1st no arrived! Pay over $63 dollar in Oct 24 2022. Second worse experience with them!!!

Multiple times for small shipments will get out for delivery notifications and then we literally will watch the postal vehicle put regular mail in the box and then get notifications that they are unable to access delivery location. There is no reason ever that the location cannot be accessed! The drivers just don't feel like doing it. It's ridiculous and happens all the time. Do you job or move on!

2 out of last 3 packages were late because they got sent to wrong distribution centers

Overnight package still not delivered.Paid for next day service.Not acceptable.Very disappointed with the service.

Very poor overall service

Discusting service!!! Mailed 3 packages, 2 arrived 2 days later...the 3rd has yet to be delivered and that was over a week ago...
