Sent a certified letter, signature required to my daughter. Her apt. Manager signed for it, and my daughter never got it. It vanished inside was her rent check shes getting evicted, the manager has no right to sign for that... POSTAL INSPECTORS AGREED, POST MASTER GENERAL AGREED. DONT SEND ANYTHING THRU USPS, it wont get there.

I cant even give a 1star staring as I ordered uggs was delivered a ring, cheap jewelry, and it took 34 days to arrive! That's far from 3-5day USPS priority mail. AND the tracking number never eas able to be tracked, a pure scam.

A broken system that has little to no responsibility to deliver mail. Lost mail with insurance doesn’t pay for their lost items. Employees from the top to the bottom don’t care. Exactly like our government.

You always say you cannot find my packages, when in reality my tracking number says it’s in your post office. Worst post service ever. Never timely, always rude. And can never find my packages

After a hurricane I had an overnight. Tampa Bay got the package out to Rochester New York and it never got to me when it was supposed to. It's still sitting in Rochester trying to get to Utica 4 hours away. I can't believe they can't even get an overnight to me when they're supposed to. So tomorrow's Sunday who knows if I'm even going to get it

Package has been moving along on its way to me . Watched it every step of the way. People complain all the time , however I have always had fair or better experiences . It is the usps . They do as good as fedex , amazon etc. .

Way back in May 2021 I had a gift card I mailed my grandson stolen. The following investigation by inspector agent NORA ALASKA found proof of theft by a uses mail sorting employee which had committed several other similar thefts. Through the next 5 months Ms. Alaska assured me that I would be reimbursed by the uses for my loss. Now, after 17 months, in October 2022 I am sure Ms. Alaska and the uses are working hard to end this case and reimburse me of my loss due to theft by their employee. I know they have been hard at work on this and I praise Ms Nora Alaska and the usps for their efforts.

Wish I could give zero stars am to receive a package from 9/22 and today is 10/01 and the package is still sitting in one location from 09/19 this is unacceptable I would never introduce anyone to use usps service...nonsense...

Very satisfied with the service. They delivered on time as promised. Mailed out package on Wednesday they said it would be delivered by Friday and they did.
