I still dont understand how they r loosing a big bag with 37lbs in it? Which was sent internatinally??? How?

My package tracking says delivered but still i did not get it

They have list numerous packages of mine over the last months...very undependable...

Packages are nearly ALWAYS late. No explanation & no way to find them. Worst shipper out there. Many of the employees don’t care about customer service because they’re a government entity. Their attitude is ‘tough, what are going to do about it!’ USPS needs to be torn down & rebuilt to run it as a business.

If I could give a 0. I certainly would. If they know they’ll experience delays or they won’t meet a dead line, why even offer the option to up sale a customer? Package was sent 9/23 still 9/30 and nothing. This tracking thing is a joke.. don’t even bother to contact them worst customer service. Use any other shipping service but USPS

I have tried to use the tracking app. It says my package is in California, even though it came from England and I live in New York! And that was the only info which was posted 14 days ago!! Why no updates? Why no person one can talk to to track packages. How can I meet my deadlines if I can,t find and follow my packages containing the fabric I need to produce products?? Why doesn,t USPS care about it's work and it's impact on citizens? Exasperating!!

I am totally appalled at the service level that our USPS seems to think is satisfactory!!?? If this was an "optional" service with other ways to handle mail and small objects throughout the United States of America this company would cease to exist!! They are slow and cumbersome and just generally horrible at what they do on a daily basis!!

The absolute worst delivery service ever. Most likely due to it being a government business. Zero customer service. And buying insurance is a waste of your money. Because when they lose something they still do not reimburse you. Even when you pay for the extra insurance. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option.

Love this GPS tracker

You get an F a big fat F. I sent an envelope on 9/23 from 33872 to 33060 estimated delivery 9/26. Both zip code are in Florida approximately 100 miles away. Now you can't use the hurricane as an excuse it didn't hit until 9/28. The envelope went west, instead of east, and then 1000 miles north. Here it is 9/30 and it's still in transit "somewhere" . I wish the post office would just close all they do is deliver junk mail. You are over paid, useless, lazy over benefited people. That's why banks and credit card company's have all gone to electronic transfered funds & billing. Because you sent "mail" way out of its way, take way to long to get the letters & packages and can't be held accountable. You don't have to put any effort or pride in your job because you get compensated regardless of your actions. As soon as the junk mail, which by the way doesn't matter if and when it gets where it's going, company's stop sending there crap your services will no longer be needed. I hope that day comes while I'm still alive. Mark my words. That day is coming sooner than later because all you lack of efforts has and will be the reason. Thank goodness for electronic transfer. The nail in the coffin for USPS.

I live in a small town they do well at getting my packages where they go in a timely manner

Worst!!!!! Can’t be entrusted with a letter. When things are destroyed they take absolutely no responsibility. They destroyed my my insurance payment and the supervisor wouldn’t even come talk to me. All I asked for was a letter or at the very least sending my new payment express mail at their expense. I got nothing but a complete disgust with USPS! Too bad I can’t give “0” stars.

Package ordered from Ca same via UPS same time as one less than 100 miles away via USPS. Wanna guess which one arrived first? The one from the whole other side of the country.

If I order something online and it comes through USPS it always takes longer than what it says it will!

Cert mail went from Phoenix to Santa Ana in 24 hrs. Why has it stayed there for 5 days?
