I sent a certified letter to a certain business. It looks like the PO signed for it vs the actual business. Why did i send this certified if business wasn't signing for it.

Your tracking needs work all I ever get is waiting for package not impressed.

I turned in a 9 pound package to USPS office on September 6, 2022. Tracker shows package still at PostOffice that I turned it in to. Went to Post Office and asked what the problem was. They checked and said it departed the day that I turned it in. However they suspected that someone at the Greensboro office failed to check the BAR CODE! This is the last day of September, and the USPS tracker still indicates that it is at the Post Office that I turned it in to.

You said my package got delivered when it never was. It's pretty expensive never using you guys again. Crappy service

my package has been sitting at a facility in Memphis for 6 days with no additional information.

They are always losing packages, they lost my granddaughters iPad during the end of summer, and I have still never heard anything back from them. She couldn’t even do her summer learning because she didn’t have it. It was left at a relatives house out of state and mailed to her, here it is October And she still does not have her iPad. How do you lose a $600 iPad? And do nothing about it.

USPS is almost, if not a scamming institution. My parcel sent since June 21, 2022 has not yet reached me. I complained several times through emails, nobody bother to tell me what exactly happened.

My package keep getting lost, very disappointing.

Honestly should get no stars. Poor service from the delivery to the postal facility. This entity should be dissolved and go private. What a waste of our taxes.

Useless tracking shows nothing of were envelope is since leaving original location a week ago.

I sent a package from Virginia to Puerto Rico. According to the tracking number the next stop was from Roanoke straight to Puerto Rico. My package was sent in the proper bag without plastic covering which was offered by the clerk. When the package was received the bag was torn and covered with plastic. The package was delivered with many things missing. This is embarrassment to me. How is it possible that in a federal agency. The post office a package will be mistreated and missing most of the things sent. Who can replace my items missing.

Have had great service with the use of Priority Mail flat rate boxes! Truely satisfied!

Etsy said it shipped on9/23 still waiting it’s now 9/29. It’s all on the east coast. No updates either. Terrible service.
