Usps is the worst to get through a representative. They make it impossible. I don't even know where an expensive package is going to be delivered. What happened to customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. They're making me pay to talk to a technician for an issue that's on their end. And their "customer support" is an automated response. Terrible, don't use for international shipping

I sent a certified letter on April 26 th 2024 to arrive in Charlotte NC April 29th 2024 it was lost then found still in route in North Carolina but not near the destination site

Over 4 weeks for my registered mail to be located and sent on to the proper facility. Totally unacceptable!

Easy to access and find package route.

This got to be the worst service. I sent my letter documents and it’s now two weeks still not close to the destination. I would not recommend for international shipping.

I sent a certified letter to the secretary of State..on Friday May 17th. Today is the 22 and no word of delivery.

I pay for fast Express delivery for my mail to be delivered on 5-22-2024 was not delivered on time.I should be reimburse by the post office.

My package was mailed to me from 04/24/24 came to Atlanta, and is was sent to Gainesville FL, then back to Hartford Ct. I live in Douglasville GA. Now I don't know where on earth my important documents are.
