They lost my stuff as usual

From what I see the people at USPS put in a lot of hard work. It may not look like it because you're expecting a package and it's late or a letter and it's late. So I give them a five-star rating even though my bank card is 3 days late.

I went to the Post Office in my neighborhood, Baltimore, MD 21230. When it was my turn to do a shipping return for a cellphone that needed to be sent to its carrier, I told the postal worker that I needed to return something. She rudely replied with “woot you mean!!” while looking at me as if she had no clue about what I was trying to do. I clarified to her that I needed to return the boxed cellphone that had never been opened and still in its original packaging. She then instructed me to grab one of the package padded envelopes on the rack behind me. I asked which one and she said any kind with padding that would fit the box I was returning. I asked the pricing and she rudely replied again by telling me I had to look at the pricing by each package option. She was not very helpful and didn’t give any direction on pricing or options. This is bad service to any new customer who has never went into a post office to mail or ship anything. This is poor service for such a popular worldwide company that everyone relies on for mail. This employees poor attitude and terrible etiquette will definitely cause customers to reroute to other shipping companies, even if it costs more. My experience at the local UPS store in the same zip code was such a more pleasant and streamlined experience. Having employees like the rude one who did my shipping order will only continue to make matters worse for the post office!!!!

Sent Package Monday from Cape Cod ,before mother's Day. Still waiting for it to arrive in North Carolina...

I mailed a Box on May 9,2024 via Priority Mail and still today (May 15th, 2024) it hasn’t arrived. Paid $115.00.

Cannot follow directions on mail start and stop form.

Sent certified letter from Slidell, LA on May 6th to Baton Rouge, LA and to date says it is still in transit

I sent my mom a package which should have reached her 5/6/2024 before Mother's Day. To date she hasn't received it. I tracked itand saw that it was at a Catana Distribution site in PR. How could a package from one part of Florida, not get to another Part in so many days? This is unheard of. We are still waiting.

I sent my package 7 days ago, for a "2 day" delivery and it still hasn't been delivered . I'll use UPS next time.

My tracking number had 14th and when I looked it up it was saying in transit… it better not have went to my neighbor cause my mail carrier makes so many mistakes when the boxes have the numbers on them

My post got into US from Netherlands in 2 days, but are stuck on Miami for 20 days, and still not reach the seat at Orlando. How is possible Post NL be able to send that to US in 2 days, but USPS not be able to do his job? Worst service, they not serving the people, they are serving to delivery Amazon / Chinese stuff!

My package has not moved Since April 12 , what is going on
