USPS reviews

I use USPS for mailings to Blackpool, England. Last mailing took 5 days. That is excellent service. I like being able to track each step. The postal workers are always friendly and helpful.

Why did they get rid of the pony express ? I know for a fact my parcel would have been there already . Fact!

They need to privatize the post office. The service is worse then it's ever been. I can count over 10 times in one years time of late mail, missing mail etc. I pay for 2 day mail it gets there in 4, I certify mail and it's sitting 30 miles away for over a week now.

You all need to go back to school to learn how to write. How to spell. How to write a legible sentence. In embarrassed for you all. Go back to school before you criticize... This review is for you all who sent in a review. Not the usps

Been waiting on a priority package sent on Tuesday . It's Friday and hasn't left it's destination!!! Not happy with the postal service at all!!!

Awful...sent package express from post office in Houston to Kinston. NC. 20 days later package still in Washington DC. Package went within 80 miles of destination and was sent back to Washington DC. Now package on the 24th going around Washington DC in a container. I will NEVER use USPS. Now I see why FedEx and UPS is so profitable.

worst service. My mail was send out on May 16, but now on May 23 is still missing. And I am waiting for the passport to take fleight on May 30. I am super anxious now.

It's service is worst I have ever experenced. My return mail with our passport posted out on May 16, but today May 23 is still missing. I checked to the office , no one can help. I have air ticket leave on May 30 needing to use the passport. I am super anxious.

I wish the people they hire could pay attention to "zip codes " my pkg. Was priority.. it got to its destination then stayed at a dead-end for 2 days. I called and texted everything and everyone and got so frustrated with "AI" finally reached 2 actual humans... one with zero answers the other helped us and is still tracking and helping us... it reached its destination but after 2 days... it bounced from Astoria Oregon.... (7blocks from its destination) to SanFransisco... then it bounced to Oakland... hmmm??? Where next... AND... will there be anything left of his super Late Birthday present

Worse customer service than the DMV! Louis de Joy doing a grand job of finishing off the once great postal service. Had to give them a 1 rating as there is no 0.

Letter was to get there in 3 3 days,still only 88 miles from where we sent it from. Not happy!
