I love the USPS they travel long and hard to get our shipments to us! Be patient it will get here

There is NO such thing as “SERVICE” in the USPS! My package made it from the UK to Memphis, TN in record time but that was with DHL. Since my package arrived at Memphis the tracking number claims it is on its way but the only problem is it hasn’t left Memphis! With so much of the operation being automated, why does it take so much longer than when it was done manually? I used to send packages to my grandchildren monthly but once I moved to TN, that “service” wasn’t worth it when priority mail took a month! Someone needs to take charge of the USPS and bring it back to where it was with service!

My package is lost in transit for 4 months can't get my package or my claim process. Ive been called from 2 post office’s and one regional office. My claim is being thrown from one place to another . Ladt called was told to write to Washington DC. Really. That's insane. Don't they have a dept to handle lost and insured mail. Im getting tired but hate to give up and allow the usps to get away and not do their job.

I've always used priority mail so I could track it. I've never had a problem until now. I sent my son a priority mail letter and it was scheduled to be there on the 16th . But guess what it's late and it looks like it has never been picked up from the Post Office. This is bull you pay for it to be there in 2 days and it's never left.

I have been waiting for my a week now. Please what's going on? I have few perishables in the bag. Secondly I need to also let you know that I forgot to add my building number TH02 on my address.

It was the best counter experience ever at the post office. There were no lines today, but even when there is a line, it moves swiftly. Our postal representative was Erica, and she treated my husband and me with the utmost professionalism. Best of all Erica handled our transaction with a smile.

Postal service lost a package that I ordered from Amazon. I never received it. Thankfully, Amazon gave me a refund. I'm awaiting another package that has been hung up in Illinois (I live in Nevada) for the past 9 days. As long as the postal service has been in operation, you would think they would be better at their job!

Come on people ,,you may not understand but its all about massive volume,,so occasionally a package may get mis-directed,,so give the usps a brea

Why is my parcel in New York supposed to come to Canada it’s been three weeks now Why send parcel all over the states and not where it is supposed to be going

I live in Costa Rica and have bought hundreds of packages through them and never have a single problem.

What is going on in Virginia.. my package is not anywhere near priority. It made it to Richmond 3 days later its in Norfolk.. 2days later it still sits... usps sucks in tidewater va

I sent my package to Venezuela to have it delivered in 10 days and it has been almost 20 days and I don't know anything about my package it ended up in London and from there it has not been updated anymore, very bad experience

They may take a little longer but they get their job done and you're package to you.

Unbelievable...as if this is a service we have to rely upon. I didn't ask for this. Please send me my package! It's been in LA LA land long enough. Put it on a truck already!
