Continually get tracking that shows our packages have been delivered yet we never get them USPS is the worst ever

Lesson learned and for all businesses. Do not use the Unite States Postal Service. They suck at everything they do. And… the employees are rude and inconsiderate. It’s like volunteering to go to the airport and hang out with TSA. The USPS and TSA are by far the worst government agencies. Who would’ve thought they would outpace the Department of Motor Vehicles as the worst gov employees in the world.

Postal worker was very helpful in telling me the different ways I could mail my package and the cheapest. Saved $5.00 with his suggestion and it was mailed on Friday and arrived in AZ on Tuesday in perfect condition, since Monday was a holiday. This was priority mail padded envelope with insurance and flat rate for $10.60. Was very happy with this.

My package was mailed April22 from Arizona to Korea first time it went ground It didn't arrive till May 28 .No updates just said in transit. It was always there in 5days if sent priority.

Took in did priority , what good did that do took same amount days as if I didn’t do it priority

What the heck is going on with USPS today Tuesday May 28th 2024. My package was supposed to arrive today at no later than 2:45 and I am writing this at 9:20 p.m. at night. They didn't even update the tracking with a note saying they had trouble with that truck or that it will be late for some other reason they just let you sit here waiting like an idiot for your package. This package is very important, I actually stayed home and waited for it. Too bad there isn't zero stars because that's what I would have gave usps.

We sand a package from Puerto Rico and it took more than a month. I will never used there service again. Bad service

I went to the UPS store on Wednesday May 22. Again I emphasize the UPS store. Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday May 24. Imagine my surprise when trying to track my package, VIA UPS, I discovered it was shipped USPS. If I had wanted my package shipped VIA MAIL, I would have gone to the post office NOT the UPS Store and as of today May 29 the package is in route and should be delivered by 9 P tonight. That's like going to FedEx, wanting to ship by FedEx and discover the package was shipped by DHL

My package was being delivered from USA to AUSTRALIA. The package made it to Australia but then went to Austria. These two are completely different countries. It is now in transit back to the USA without even having any attempt to deliver back to Australia. I am very confused to why it left the Australian facilities in the first place. There was no attempt to deliver to the correct place. I really need to know what is going on with this. I have had packages delivered to this address from the US previously so it is not an address issue. I need my package. This is a posting issue not a sender issue.

I mailed out a package from Weslaco TX. And it was supposed to be to Oklahoma but the sent it to California and now it's back to Oklahoma which it was supposed to be there last week. Not good

I order a item from out of California the package has been sitting at the USPS station in LA since the 20th of May it was to be in Ocala Fl by the 23rd of May. So, I understand that the Holiday would play a part in getting it here, but this is way out of the time frame. Contacted the company that I brought it and all they can say it is at the USPS and on the way. BOO who on them too.
