Sent a certified letter within my city and it has been over a week and it’s still in transit !

I sent a package to Northern Ireland it was in the UK and then they sent it to Africa instead of to Northern Ireland apparently someone can not read

I send certified when the other person got the post man didn't get them to sign it. Before the gave them the envelope and they were divorce papers they really screwed it up. They need to be trained again. I will be calling the post office I'm very upset.

Packaged mailed "first class" early September. Nearly the end if September and it still hasn't arrived. The average reviews for UPS service are 2.5 but no one seems to care about turning that around. Extremely frustrating service. Literally don't get what you paid for.

Ask your delivery man or carrier where he delivered my package???????? I’ve got 2 different packages that should have been delivered today at the latest but they aren’t. One was to come to me but in the tracking info, my pkg couldn’t be delivered because of an animal (I don’t have any animals) and the next delivery date was today but wasn’t. I saw a mail truck pull into my townhouses, he sat and left. The other package was to go to my sister’s but the tracking has it in Brick, NJ and another tracking has the place in transit is Swedesboro, NJ. Both are from September 23. There’s not enough space to tell you of my phone calls. It’s appalling that a little necklace and a coffee mug can’t be tracked correctly.

Package left me on 9/6 and in Charlotte on 9/10 “in transit “. No update since!!! Charlotte is only an hour away.

Anyone that can't give the USPS a 5 star review and has it less than 4 star review; should try walking in their shoes first before whinnying about the services that they have received!!! Thank You USPS personal for your services!

Lost my package to my granddaughter... 2 days guarantee and 5 days later, no sign of it. $10.65 down to the drain
