Just received another package, belonging to my neighbor. Seems too difficult for USPS to match the numbers of the package to the mailbox.

Every time I send a package in California it takes a long time. When I send out of state it arrives in a short period of time. Wow!!!!

Pkg mailed USPS sept 6 from Medford Oregon/it’s sept 26 and still not received. $50 US wasted

Quick delivery and tracking is awesome. Friendly staff at post offices too.

My home generator went down a week ago. Bad carb. I ordered a new carburetor and it has been sitting at the same post office for 3 days in California. Hurricane Ian is bearing down in us in Florida, and no generator thanks to the USPS. I could have bicycled to California by now.

This service is extremely disappointing. I mailed a package and it was supposed to be delivered that same week on Friday! It is the following week and still not delivered. I’ve called the number two times waited over an hour each time and when someone finally gets on the line, the call gets disconnected. I think the most upsetting part is when I track my package, it still shows the day and place I started the mailing process! Not only that but my grandson did not get his presents for his birthday on time as shown on my receipt. I also mailed something to the same person just two days ago and it shows to be delivered today! I will use other mailing options moving forward! I will not pay for subpar service again. Very disappointed USPS

Steel same place for a week now

If it is beyond you folks to deliver on time could you at least update the tracking information. Im waiting for a medication that should have already been here and the tracking info tells me that today is 5 days ago!

Bad service not delivering time

My mail lady, Julie, in Worden Mt is awesome. She cares about her customers. If parcel won't fit in mail box or box is full she puts it in my vehicle and leaves me a note in the box. Couldn't ask for anything more. Also the tracking has improved greatly, shows when out for delivery and has been delivered. Thank you Jeff Grovijahn

This is not a service it’s a joke

So I live in Gypsum CO and the USPS here is the worst all the way around. My husband order me an Anniversary gift off Ebay. My anniversary gift made it to Gypsum CO and the mail handler put that my address does NOT exists. The mail handler did NOT but anything in the computer until 4:00 P.M after the USPS has close. I was tracking the gift all day long so the time that says the mail handler says send it back is wrong. I called my husband and told him what happened. We tried to call the USPS and that took forever to get though. When we finally got though the guy was very nice and he seemed to care. We asked him to have the USPS in Gypsum CO to hold the gift, which is a upgraded wedding ring for me. The man on the phone was trying to help us. Well the story gets better. I get a call on the morning for a guy name Dale he was so rude. First he told me they already sent my ring back to sender and then told me to start using my correct mailing address. I told him over and over this is my correct address and he was like NO we don't deliver to you. I told him I get mail every day here then he was like where is your mailbox then, so I told him where the mail boxes are and he was like and said this to me " OUR BAD" like no big deal. Then I told him I will bring something to him so he can see I get mail at my house. He was like no I will talk to the carrier. I so mad that I did say that he and the mail handler was being retarded and he hung up on me. At 10;00 A.M I went to the USPS with a letter with my name and address on it and showed him I get mail here. When I spoke with Dale in person he could careless in every way possible. Dale was like I didn't say I didn't believe you and the mail handler did say I get mail here but there nothing we can do for you. I was still tracking my ring and it was in Denver and my husband called where my ring was and he asked the lady to hold it and he will drive to Denver and the lady said NO the package is going back to sender. This all happened September 16th and I still don't have my ring and today September 26th. My husband order it way in advance to make sure I have a new ring for our anniversary

Very good job

I was amazed how quickly my two packages arrived in Germany. They were held 2 days in customs and delivered. It took only nine days, a real change from a year ago when it took 2 to 3 weeks.
