Always late and messed up delivery

next day delivery is horrible , I use weekly and it is late as much as on time

My granddaughter did not receive a pkg which was an overnight delivery. Cameras show it was not delivered. Please look into this matter.

Item left west coast 14 days ago..no updated trace since then. Ridiculous...just Ridiculous.!!!!!

I mailed a small envelope package on Tuesday, September 30 with the assurance it would be delivered in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday, Srptember

Very upset. My mail is being sent all over the south. This is the 9th day since I mailed it. It has been in the destination state several days ago now it is several states away. I gave always supported the USP and their employees but for the last couple of years they have made it very difficult to do so

Don't mail to W. VA..incompetent carrier

I got an alert saying that my package had been forwarded to a different delivery address. And that "an address redirection agreement is in place between the customer and the carrier. Package will be forwarded to the requested address." I made no such agreement. I expect my package to be delivered at my home address. I hope it is in my mail box by Monday.

Package not delivered! Being held for pickup instead! WHY?

Sent an important letter overnight certified mail. They said should be delivered by 6:00pm next day. Got there 11:29!

I have always been able to count on the United States Post Office. When my son was in basic training, first one during the pandemic, USPS was the only way we could communicate. The employees care and enjoy their work when allowed. It is truly incredible service they give. Thank you.
