If I could give a zero I would. Paid for 2 day delivery on August 29th and letter/document still hasn’t been delivered. Mailing address is in Chicago and my letter has been in Chicago since August 30. No tracking update since September 3. Where’s my letter??? Paying for two day delivery is a rip off

USPS is good. It could be better but I have had maybe 5 losses out of 1500 packages delivered.

22nd was my delivery date in Caldwell, TX. It arrived in Humble, TX (100 miles away) on the 21st and has not moved in 2 days.

They always don't deliver the order to my address, claiming they couldn't find the address. Unfortunate.

Pleased with the speed of delivery since it was medically time sensitive!!!!

Why would you send a postal from Mesquite Texas to Oklahoma City Oklahoma when it was addressed to be sent to Austin Texas ?

I thought things off of wish and received notices that they sent my package back because I canceled my order. Which I never canceled anything and that's happened to me at least four times with them.

Paid over $100 for over night shipping and the next day it still hasn’t left my area.

Terrible. Tracked package to Mississauga. Then when trying to track was told they couldn’t trace and that I must have the wrong company. Still waiting to receive package that was supposed to take 15 days . Mailed out Aug31. Will not use this company again.

Pkg was shipped from Florida on 9/14/22 as of today 9/22/22 pkg came to the delivery state Texas back to Chicago IL and in Memphis TN.

My order not come right now

The worse experience ever. Still haven't receive my package, have been waiting for 15 days now. Poor service ☹️
