Updates to tracking package is lacking accuracy. I mailed package on Saturday morning and was told it would get to destination by Tuesday but here it is Wednesday and tracker only shows it picked up in Thomson GA on Saturday and nothing since then. Shameful!!

Mail travels to slow!!!!

Worst experience ever. I paid $30 to overnight something to my child and it is four days later. It probably would’ve gotten there earlier if I had just regularly mailed it. Now they are saying they can’t get to her apartment to deliver it and there’s no phone number to call and they did not reach out to the phone number I gave them. Horrendous and will never use again.

Why does a letter stay in a distribution center 2-3 days? Really!

On 9/9/22 I paid $16.10 to send a small box by priority mail. I was told it would be delivered Monday 9/12. By Tuesday 9/13 it still hadn't been delivered. Today, Wednesday 9/14 I got an update informing me that it is in West Palm Beach. Florida. I live in Albany, GA and the package is being sent to Lenexa, KS. So, why after five days would it be in the most southern state, when it was to be delivered north? This is the third priority package I have sent in the last six months and they always arrive days late. Why are customers being charged priority mail prices and not getting what they're paying for? Worst delivery service ever I was supposed to receive my package in two to three days but it’s been over a week and I’ve been tracking my package and it’s been sitting in a sorting center in Memphis for the last three days I wish I could sue because it’s money being wasted on property and shipping. This is the second time I’ve been duped by the usps they absolutely need to do better

Your mail system sux you lose way to much of people's mail or you place in wrong boxes....

Truck is out of gas for three days now, still sitting in same place.

Priority mail..its been 8 days and still in transit. Why charge so much? I would have just gotten regular mail service.

I am waiting for a parcel since August 28th. and the seller sent it but the postal service has not delivered my package ? to this day it is stuck in Kentucky and has not moved from there. I lost my money and the merchant lost his product, the worst of all is when you try to call to ask about your package since I have my tracking number there is no one to talk to I always answer a machine and when he says you want a representative he hangs up why according to I did not understand very bad service to send packages

Priority mail 3 days! But until now they haven’t received it

???I paid extra so some one can sign when they received it . And they just left it in the mail box and this is the second time they do it. ?

I ordered two small air spray paints for my air brush like half a month ago and they’ve apparently been sitting in some warehouse for the past 7 days collecting dust… not cool! I still haven’t gotten it! They were supposed to be delivered today!
