2 lost packages ? and couldn't even get the insurance ? super upsetting. Nobody ever knows anything... and prices keep going up.

Still haven't received my package 9:20 pm

So far my package has not been delivered at estimated time. I was out literally sitting waiting on my package all Saturday morning, afternoon and evening till 8:30 pm and nothing.

U.S.Postal Workers, For the last three years I have been sending birthday presents to my grandchildren and Christmas gifts for the family, in all that time nothing has gone missing, one box was slightly damaged with a written apology, the contents were unscathed. Can you imagine how important it is to me that I can connect in this way with my grandchildren and trust that all the crafted items and carefully chosen gifts arrive time after time, season after season. All the love that I invest is fully realized because you do your job so consistently. Thank you so much!!

Why do I get a notification that the parcel will arrive on September 10th and when I track it it's over a thousand miles away. Happening to often lately.

You guys lie!!! It says you didn't have access to delivery address at 5:20 and I was outside from 4pm to 7:15

Too many of my packages have been lost due to the US postal services.Frankly I'd rather deal with Amazon at least I get my packages from them!
