Half of the time, you don’t know where your package is and it will say “In Transit”, but you never get an update after that.

The USPS has declined HORRIBLY in their delivery service. Items that used to take 1-2 days, now take 4-5 days. Items that took 7 days, now take 2 weeks. They've become a bad joke, and even worse around holidays

Waited several minutes in line because 1 clerk was taking in many int’l priority parcels. But there were 2 other window clerks & they were very knowledgeable & gave a friendly greeting & apologized for delay. Refreshing to see & hear.
