Paid extra for expedited shipping and package was supposed to be here today Sep. 9 and of course no package. I should have known better because this isn't the first time. I guess I expected better service this time around.

Just another (in a LONG list) example of how private industry can do everything better than the government. If you disagree and ‘trust’ the USPS….put $500 in an envelope next time you are on vacation and mail it to yourself. The entirety of the USPS is run by lazy people who don’t give a s$*! about their jobs. Would give them ZERO stars if it was an option. Unbelievable that some people in our country think voting by mail is a good idea….SMH

Totally unreliable. Every time.

Usps is the worst. My packages are aways getting lost. Never delivered when they say they are. Even tho they day out for delivery.

I sent a certified mail from Pocono PA to Philadelphia PA on 8/30. The receipt stated that it will be delivered on 9/1. But up till today, 9/8, it's still in transit. Mail to the same state but takes 10 days, still not delivered.Poor service.

Grateful for tracking information. Being able to check on the delivery makes it easier to manage expectations. The world is constantly changing, mistakes are made but somehow the package is delivered.

The package I ordered a week ago is still waiting for pick up according to USPS tracking site. The Amazon link said it was picked up last week, so where is it? Is it lost, should I cancel my order, & find a vendor that doesn’t ship thru USPS? I’m tired of the poor slow USPS shipping & zero tracking service.
