I paid amount for a letter to be received in 3-5 days. It took 7 days

Track system is horrible

I paid almost 50 dollars to Mail a small package to the Netherlands with tracking which i didn't even ask for but was assumed. However he didn't bother to tell me i cannot track my package once it leaves the US. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY

Letter sent in Aug on 24th and still in route and oh yeah paid extra for quick delivery

Paid for tracking and my package took over a week and a half to get to the location that was 3 hours away . And then proceeded to deem it return to sender . And a week later showing that it's still in the destination location and has not moved . Called post office and they proceeded to tell me they don't know where my package is at and that it will take 4 days to figure out . Even though my package was time sensitive and had all my personal information like my social security/date of birth and my back ground check along with a passport picture of myself

I always use USPS

It's very slow. Take forever to get the item. Mailed the package two weeks ago and still not received yet.

Not the best at the only job they have to do which is Juss delivery a package on time. Like a day late makes sense but a whole week late is so stupid

That’s not my house

I sent my certified mail to my father and he never received it.? It went to another place and not the town where he lives. My poor father went to different post office where they said it could be and never found it. I will not use their service anymore.

Letter Carriers rock

I actually don't think USPS deserves even one star. My package was for express shipping and I didn't get it the day it was supposed to been delivered. No notification, No Schedule delivery and No package even though my package was expedited shipping

Ordered back in 08/17 and it has been “in transit” since 08/24. What the hell is going on?

This is the worst carrier I have ever experienced for the second time I don't know why people or companies use this carrier
