Got it there on time!

My package is coming from Seattle Wa, going to Chilliwack BC, tracking # says its in New York?????????????? Been a week in transit and its only a Registered Letter ?????????? WOW

You guys need to shut the doors or clean house hire all new employees can you help line done even work. Cant talk to anyone. Don’t know what to do do the U.S a favor shut down hire a private carrier way more dependable and I’m sure if you need assistance you would be able to talk to someone

Was suppose to be notified when delivered ,nothing I had to keep going in to check if it was delivered

So thankful for our Postal System and all the hard workers who seemingly make magic happen!

Are you kidding it shows my package available to be picked up since Monday site hasn't been updated the post office is pathetic I never use the post office unless I have no other option and this time I didn't the post office is a good example of you can't fix stupid

Would not even give a star if possible my package is supposed to be delivered today before 9. It came from Atlanta last night to local post office instead of delivering it they send it back to Atlanta paid for 2 day shipping hope it still makes it on time. Customer help number is crap. Something wrong with it. And and it’s obvious they got people who can not read working. Cant get In touch with anyone

I sent out a certified later 3 weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered within 3 days. The letter is "in transit". WHAT? Three weeks LATER???

Wow... sent a registered mail to thailand and it took 30 days and still not there. I gave up 10 days in sent an express using fedex... was there in 5 days and our immigration was approved and we recieved our visas before the registered mail arrived. Wow do they understand their policies and inneficiency can change lives

The Usps consistently loses my certified mail. I pay extra to mail letters that need to arrive on certain dates and a return mail receipt to verify who and when the letter was received. I have had letters never make the destination, lost for 6 weeks and no return receipt returned.I pay extra for this service and never get my paid service completed. I’m a retired letter carrier of 32 years and it is disappointing to see our service become a subpar delivery company. I know our employees get paid an excellent salary just wished the service was still excellent!!! The post office spends millions of dollars micromanagement on the employees with cameras, GPS and surveillance just wished put that much effort into right time on time the first time. That was the motto when I was employed!!!

I paid 17.40 for certified mail to money to mom in 2-3 days. It’s been a week. I’ll never pay that much again. I’ll just go to another carrier. I expected more
