I sent a package to Houston and it was said it’s been returned to sender but yet I did not get anything it’s over 5months now

Remember the other factors involved like the bad postmaster they have. companies trying to save money by promising one thing and taking the cheapest route.

I sent an iPhone 13promax 512gb to Houston Texas and it’s been returned back to sender. Yet it’s more than 5months sender did not receive the package yet… please what’s wrong with USPS

Please remember if you purchased something the company could be sending a slower CHEAPER route. Also DEJOY is a horrible postmaster He has done nothing but try and make money laying people off, firing long time employees taking sorting machines out of high traffic areas! It’s not just the USPS it’s companies and selfish People who are slowing down are mail. Hopefully with a new chair on there committee things will improve!

If I could give a zero I would! I ordered 3 rugs 2 were sent Ups I received 2 days after the Oder was placed. 1 was sent USPS, it has been a week, I only now found out it is sitting at the post office to be picked up! No call to tell me. No contact about it at all! I paid for delivery and I am having to go pick it up!!! Tracking #9361289700013532780367. The post office in this area has allot to be desired. If I could avoid using completely I would.

Terrible customer service! I told the clerk that I was sending food to my son in the army and that it needed to get to Oklahoma in three days. I packed dry ice in a insulated box that would last no longer than three days. She suggested the three day delivery for $89 or five day for $26. I told her that there was perishable food so I needed to use the three day delivery. I got home and check the delivery status and it said the package would arrive in 5 days. I called the post office to inquire and a new clerk told me Saturday and Sunday isn’t considered business days. My chin hit the floor as I asked why wouldn’t the clerk tell me that before taking my $89? He said there is nothing he can do and hung up the phone. In short, I spent $89 to spend my son a cardboard box with spoiled food… simply awful!

My package has been in Smyrna tenn for 10 days. While being shipped it was less than 15 miles from my home. This is unacceptable 10 days!@##@!

My package still hasn’t came , and I have been putting the tracking number in here but its saying the tracking number is wrong i have copied and pasted and everything .

Says both priority envelopes I sent have been delivered ?. YET NEITHER HAS. WTH YALL??? DON'T LIE &DON'T MISLEAD PEOPLE! IT JUST AINT RIGHT.

It went to 3 different places in Memphis, I guess the money y’all got is being put to good use
