Exceptional service with my mailman, yes it is a man.

Very poor tracking. Slow service. I can’t believe they have the nerve to raise rates again. I wouldn’t give them one star but this website will not let me rate without one!

Always late and no consideration for the customer 4days late without notice or email.

I hope they deliver my letter.because last time they lost it and never found it.a this is the closest postel.but I will not be going there if they do the same again.i will submit a review as soon as I know my package is delivered

I will make damn sure USPS never be a courier for something I order. I have been waiting for a pkg. for two weeks and get nothing but runaround

They say my package was delivered and it wasn't and it happened a month ago and then I had the package sent to me requiring a signature and then I got it and the other one came 2 weeks later

Over the years usps has showed me they dont care in lots of ways. Recently I ordered an item like I have 1000s of times in the past. The driver decided to not leave a note and my package wasn't delivered. I checked the website and it says "no secure place to deliver"??? I have had 1000s of shipments and never once have I had them say anything like that. Also the worker at the local usps is very unprofessional and has an attitude. Numerous times I have had them loose items and fail to do their job. Gotta be the sweetest job ever and they act like its so hard. Makes sense they won't let us actually talk to anyone when we got a problem because they know we will be pissed off!! If I could control who people use to send me stuff I would 100% tell them NOT to use USPS. Facts.

Excellent service Delivered in 24 hours

Mailed a package a week ago. It was misrouted and has been in the same place for 4 days which is only an hour from destination. This is not the first time

Have had so many problems with my mail ever reaching the intended recipients. Also, problems with orders being received that were to be delivered by the US Postal Service.

Bad customer service

They just take the package back 4 no reason like I get if I was there but ig sence they saw my other neighbours outside I WAS LITERALLY HOME LIKE WTF
