12 days to get a package from Arkansas which was supposed to arrive in 4. Totally unacceptable!!!!! And I still haven't received it yet. And usps wants to get a raise? He'll no they don't do what they are paid for now. Ridiculous!

I want to commend Agustin Arredondo from Post Office in El Centro, Ca92243 for his professionalism and diligence. He went above and beyond to serve with all the challenges my package entailed. He truly deserves to be commended by his superiors for his work that does not go unnoticed serving well our community. We need more people like him to help the world at large. He should be promoted because he can train more people to role model his professionalism and passion to his job well done.
