The absolute worst delivery service ever! When you don’t get the package they blame it on everyone except taking responsibility! They’ll also allow their carriers to drop the package off outside of an apartment building instead of leaving it at the door and blame you and others for not getting the package! I really wish stores would quit using them as a carrier! Just worthless! If I was able to give zero stars I would!

Paid for priority mail. Supposed to arrive Friday from California to Washington. Time sensitive package. Sent Tuesday. As of Thursday morning; package is on 20 miles from post office I sent it from!

Package was to arrive in 5 days, after 10 days still “in transit”. Very poor service!!!

Receipt estimated 8/5 delivery. Arrived 8/10. Tracker map showed no movement out of Florida for 7 days. Signed up for text and email status updates. None received until delivery occured. Call help number and automated support advised 32 minute wait for help but please stay on the line afterwards to take a brief survey to help us know "how we're doing". Package arrived lopking as if it had been stomped on. Any other business would issue a refund. What portion of this mail service worked?

This company has let me down yet again, they never deliver anytime close to when they say they will. I’m leaving tomorrow and ordered something on Amazon. Amazon did their part but usps just sat there. I will not be receiving this package in time because of them. Try to get your order delivered by Amazon

Showed out for delivery on July 23. Person on other end receiving asked you to try to redeliver as she just had eye surgery. You people sent it back and I still haven't received it back. Here it is 18 days later. Well worth my 21$ postage...not for a fkn letter
